Our refurbished light filled Art apartment' is a short walk to La Sagrada Familia, is bright, airy & fully equipped with SMART TV, High Speed Internet, AC, Rain shower, Nespresso machine and tastefully designed you'll have all you need to enjoy Barcelona with friends, family or business trip collegues.'' The apartment was absolutely great and exactly as described in the photos. The location is very close to the Sagrada Familia and a short walk you can be anywhere in the city pretty fast. Communication with the host was excellent and they were very helpful before & after our check in. During our stay we could contact them whenever needed some tourist advice or help with our luggage. Check in was perfectly timed and very complete with an introduction to the city. Gorgeous balcony in the morning sun, soft towels, great beds. BEDROOM ONE - Double bed with quality mattress (140 x 200), built in storage, bedside lighting, blackout shutters & quality bedding ensure you get a good nights sleep after a full day. BEDROOM TWO - 2 Single beds (90 x 200) built in storage, bedside lighting, blackout shutters & quality bedding and balcony. DINING AREA - Has seating for 6 people around a large dining table & you'll find all the crockery, glassware and cooking utensils you need if you wish to entertain & cook at home. LOUNGE AREA - With balcony to the street below has a comfy sofa that doubles as a sofa bed for extra sleeping space if needed, AC & A Flat screen SMART TV with access to Netflix & International TV channels is provided for your entertainment, great of travelling with kids, for business or to enjoy your favourite series.BALCONY - With seating to watch the world go by and enjoy your morning coffee. BATHROOM - The tiled bathroom has a large mirror, WC & walk in rain shower cubicle, plenty of under-sink storage and fresh fluffy white towels. THE KITCHEN - Fully equipped with Hob, Microwave, large fridge freezer, branded coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher & washing machine for your comfort. And all the cooking utensils you will need to entertain at home. We also provide fresh fluffy white towels, quality cotton sheets, shower gel, & hand soap so you can pack light. On request we can provide a baby cot/ crib, bedding & High chair if travelling with little people! Just ask us on booking. With easy access to the best sights and some of the best cafes, bars, and restaurants, there really is no better location.Public transport is plentiful in Barcelona and economical. The Airport bus can take you to Placa Catalunya and from there just a few stops on the Metro L2 to station Monumental, from there the apartment is a one block away. Alternatively a taxi costs around 30 EUR and takes about 20 Minutes. There are always taxis to hail just outside of our home. We recommend walking Barcelona to enjoy the modernist streets and local life.- As of April 2017, We, as 'Hosts' are required by the law of Barcelona (Ley Ciudadana) to take Passport details of ALL of our guests, this information will be delivered to the police within 24 Hours of your check in, its very much a familiar procedure, as you would do if checking into a hotel.- Check in is after 2pm in the afternoon & Check out is 11am on your last day unless you have prior written confirmation from us. - Please remove all rubbish on departure.- Please note baby items carry a small extra fee.Notice: Displayed prices and data are not final, and should be used for informative purpose only.
